Administration SRD

You will be our contact between the Belgian and French offices.
You will monitor the production and expedition and make adjustments if need be.
You will have daily contact with the French production manager and administration via phone or mail.

Responsibilities:
- monitoring the production (2 lines).
- You make sure the production capacities are use on their full potential.
- Reporting of the production.
- Technical support to our sales department and logistics.
- You contribute to our delivery reliability.
- Regular checks on Stock, orders and billing.

Profile:
- You obtained a bachelor or masters degree.
- You master the French language.
- You have a dynamic and hands on attitude.
- You take pride in working in a precise manner.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.



Sales Assistant (French or German)

Responsibilities:
- As Sales assistent you will provide the administrative support to you Sales manager.
- You are the 2nd line contact for our customers.
- You make sure the sales files are filled out in a correct and timely manner.
-If you have the ambition you can grow into a Sales Manager function.

Profile:
- You have obtained a bachelor or masters degree.
- You master either the French or the German language.
- You are customer minded.
- You have a dynamic and hands-on attitude.



Expedition

Responsibilities:
- Reception of Truck drivers.
- Monitoring the loading process.
- Preparation of CMR and customs documents.
- Expedition reporting to the management team.

Profile:
- You have a dynamic and hands-on attitude, and don’t adhere to a 9 to 5 schedule.
- You are extraverted and are comfortable talking to people who don’t speak your language.



Industrial Engineer

You will receive an internal lead-up, in which you will gain knowledge and understanding of our activity
and our PLC-controlled lines.
You will develop organically in Maintenance, Project or Operations engineering.

Responsibilities:
- Spare parts management.
- Planning of prevention and curative maintenance.
- Analysis of breakdowns and damages – finding durable solutions.
- Advise on investment and innovation opportunities.
- Coaching of the technical team.
- You strive for a an optimal production flow.

Profile:
- You obtained an engineering degree specialized in electro-mechanics ( or equivalent).
- You have a hands-on attitude.
- You are an all rounder – knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, electronics.
- You are open to working on a Saturday morning (once a month).
- You are available during our company closing to perform maintenance works.



Student Engineer - 2 days a week

You will be a part of our engineering team.
Based on the needs of our technical department you will be assigned projects in maintenance, repairs and optimization.
You will gain knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics and most of all mechanics.
After graduation there will be an opportunity to join our engineering team on a full time basis.



Logisitcs Administration

After a profound in company training to get to know our core business, our products and the technical aspects of the job,
you are warmly welcomed at our logistics department.
You will become responsible for the flow of our products between our factory and the point of delivery.
You ensure that there is a safe and timely dispatch of goods.
You make sure the procedures for successful implementation of the logistics system are respected
and all administrative documents are filled out to perfection.
During your career at Van Heyghen Staal you will gain broad knowledge of our administration,
logistics and production planning.

Profile:
- You obtained a high school diploma.
- Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
- You are a perfectionist when it comes to numbers.
